I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. the location was absolutely perfect, next to the Old Town and Vesterport railway station and easily accessible. - It was not very far from a beautiful museum.

I think the hotel is very well located, near the central station and Tivoli park, in a quiet area and just a short walk from the shopping area. Bicycle rental in the same hotel.
The stay in the hotel was correct despite the fact that when we arrived we did not have the extra bed (3 guests) ready. The breakfast was quite loose, many, many people in the dining room, there was not enough room for everyone, people were queuing up to get a table. The queues to get the food, they were not replenished quickly enough, there was always something missing. The very basic variety, there were almost no sweets, almost no fruit. On the last day, out of three coffee machines, there were two that were broken. Instead of being something pleasant, on vacation getting up and having a quiet breakfast, it was quite stressful.

the breakfast area felt rather canteen feeling than cosy and relaxed.

The location was good, and the breakfasts were just great. The concierge service was good and the front office staff were polite and helpful.
The current renovations were a distraction from our stay in that the entrance was difficult and the drilling during the day bad from the point of view of trying to rest in our room! Impossible. There needs to be a room service menu for guests who want to eat in their rooms after a long day of walking! We were not offered a non smoking room on check in and found we had the tobacco smell in our room which is very off-putting!

The toilet was blocked in the room we checked in. It was the same in the room we moved into. Would strongly advise against choosing this hotel until all the facilities are available.
The hotel is not fully ready as a **** hotel

The mold on the bathroom. The dirty floors th The 1 towel in the bathroom for two I am sure the updating rooms will be fine but until then the should either lower there price or in form their quest that they are undergoing renovation and that some of their room are quite poor Having stayed at scandic before i was quite disappointed and would now think twice before staying in one again
It was dated and dirty. In the mist of a renovation. Far below the standards of the other scandals I have stayed in. The Cain should have let their customers know in advance. Many people were complaining an I imagine you lost chromate in other city by not maintaining the same quality in this hotel and not letting the customer know in advance of the upgrading and adjusting the rate accordingly
